FARMERS WELL FARE AND BETTER HEALTH OF INDIA
ABOUT THE COMPANY/PRODUCT:
This idea is based on the today farmers problems and on the major health issue among people due to chemical fertilizers, this idea mainly focuses from scratch to the final level in farming.
MARKET DEMAND:
In India the most prevailing factor is the farmer; farmer the person who should live life to full, which is lack in India today. In order to the fulfil the first and far most need of every human need the well-being of the farmers. And the main concern is about chemical fertilizers, if we observe today in our country many were suffering due the quantity of hazardous chemicals in the food. Recently a town in Andhra Pradesh; A mysterious disease effected the whole town all the people are hospitalised and there is a evacuation done in the town. This is due to the presence of high quantity of hazardous chemical in the food content.
RELEVANT PRODUCTS IN THE MARKETS:
In market today there is awareness regarding the usage of organic manure, which is been improved day to day. And regarding the farmers issues there are some farming solutions based on different stages on farming there are Govt organizations that test the soil quality and some other private companies that focus on organic farming. Nothing is in favour for the better price for the harvested crop. And even the organic farming though developing but is not up to the requirement in India today.
TARGET CUSTOMERS:
If this idea is implemented to the full, I believe the farmers will live a not 100% but 100% better live they live today. People of India whose main concern is to get healthy food in order to get good health.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE OR EXPERTISE:
There is requirement in the people who are expertise in agriculture department which includes some sub departments: soil, chemical etc. Definitely some group of farmers across India who help for the development in the project.
There is our requirement of computer languages expertise who develop AI based tech.
Need of linkage with organic manure and pesticides manufacturing companies
SOLUTION:
Ø Starting from the soil I want develop an AI based product that is pre-programmed on each soil type which determines the crop that is suitable for the soil and if it is a particular crop then it determines the lack of nutrients that are necessary for the crop.
Ø The next area of concern is chemical fertilizers I want to develop app or website that provides the organic manure to every issue related the crop and soil which is done with the tie-up of organic manure manufacturing companies in order to achieve this awareness is needed to create in farmers and people as is prevailing today and help centre are to be established in village’s headquarters as the farmers are very much unaware of these things.
Ø I want to develop a AI based technology which includes robotic tech such as drones which are programmed to detect the damage in the crop and the pests that feed or damage the crop which precisely work on every plant of the crop.
Ø Some advanced technology in farming is machinery that plant the crop, manure the crop, harvest the crop. This is mostly developed in foreign countries but widely in India.
Ø Finally, better price the crop recently Indian government introduced new laws which has very good foresight leaving some issue of trouble. Law: law states that crops can be sold to anyone the farmers wish to, who provide them with better price.
Ø I want to develop an e-commerce-based environment that can trade the crop at better price where ever that crop is need more across any place in the whole world.

As this idea covers many areas of expertise, I can’t estimate the budget but can be done the process of the timeline for the project.’
Product pricing can’t be expected now as the budget not estimated. But there is an assurance that this project is to decrease the farmers burden for money in each level of farming.
MARKETING PLAN:
As the healthy and organic food is very prevalent now and the problems that are continuing to disturb and punch the farmers, A very describing advertisement that portrays the main aspects such as decrease in money burden in farming and production of organic food and providing the better price for the crop
RISK ANALYSIS:
First thing that effects the ides is the belief and trust of farmers and to maintain the global network for providing better price for the crop. And some unexpected risk that during the process and timeline of project.
MILESTONE/TIMELINE:
This may take a lot time, first I need to be an expertise in the computational skill which involves front and backend which may take time of graduation and my post-graduation in business.
But during course of time, will develop the required changes and updates with the society, By the suggestions and experience from the mentors.
Once my idea is implemented then is assure that there is a better milestone in the farmers in India. And the good health for the people of India.
